Stuck at "22. Substrings" for the Java course

#1

https://www.codecademy.com/courses/getting-started-v2/3/5?curriculum_id=506324b3a7dffd00020bf661

Although my code is displaying the correct corresponding letters, ie. "der" the lesson displays the following: "Oops, try again. Make sure to use the .substring() function in your code!"

Is there something I am missing?

Thanks in advance.

/ Be careful with the substring's letter positions!
"wonderful day". substring(3, 6);

Make sure that there are no spaces between the dot and the substring() call.
And as a note for the future Java and JavaScript are two completely different programming languages.

Man, I must be going blind, especially since I work with Classes on CSS all the time. Thanks for the heads up!
