SQLITE set up help - No .exe file in the downloaded file

I am following the data science path and I have to install SQLITE. https://www.codecademy.com/paths/data-science/tracks/dsf-learn-sql/modules/dsinf-learn-sql-manipulation/articles/what-is-sqlite

I downloaded SQLITE (SQLite Download Page) and when i extracted the file I found that there was no file with the .exe extension. I have attached a screenshop.

Can you check if your view extensions is enabled in Windows?
