I don’t like to give advice to search for instructions on cleaning your computer because there are often malicious sites masquerading as helpers. This site seems to be offering reasonable advice https://malwaretips.com/blogs/related-searches-virus/. Please use your own judgement or find someone who knows what they are doing to help you.
