Yes, there will maybe be a C# course, as I know C# is the second on the voting list for programming languages C++ is the newest course(as i know) and they are already working on it(they already published exercises on loops), but it isn’t done yet. C# will be the language after C++ is done(i think).

Just mentioning, unity uses C# but isn’t there unityscript which is more recommended?
