Shouldn't the added ( append() ) list-items show up in the html-file as well?

Hey,

It seems I successfully ended this part. On screen everything works fine,
It surprised me though not to find the added list-items in the HTML-file itself permanently.

$(document).ready(function(){

$('#button').click(function(){
    var toAdd = $('input[name=checkListItem]').val();
    $('.list').append('<div class ="item">' + toAdd + '</div>');
});

$(document).on('click', '.item', function(){
    $(this).remove();
});

});

hm,
found the reason,
without a .html-command, it won't happen :blush:
