It looks like you have added a space between . and neighborhood-guides. You will have to remove those.

I removed the space and still getting the same error.

I'm curious about why you've added the container class there. That means that those CSS rules will only apply to the container and not to the entire .neighborhood-guides div. Maybe a problem?

If you want to give just your h2 element, a background of #efefef and a border-bottom of 1px solid #dbdbdb then that is the code to use. The plan is for your entire neighborhood-guides div to be styled with those CSS properties.
