Server killed continuously

I have problems with my Rails server.
When I start a project, it runs fine. When I make changes in the code and refresh the browser window, it is killed. Sometimes I can restart, but often it is killed immediately again and I have to logout/login.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce the server problem. It happened in the Threadly project and in projects before.
