Why do I need to add semicolon to every row inserted, rather than just one at the end of code ?
Thanks a lot !
Hello @3731891099, welcome to the forums! What do you mean by this? DO you mean at the end of every query:
SELECT * FROM table_one;
If so, then it is there to tell the SQL interpreter that the query ends there, as you don’t require the new line, so a new line isn’t therefore used to determine the end of a query:
SELECT * FROM table_one; /*this is also valid, but less readable-some would ague*/
