Section 32

#1

Very confused... I ran this same syntax outside of codecademy and it runs fine.

Error message: Make sure that the_hobbit's author is J.R.R. Tolkien by passing it as the first argument to the Book constructor.

Code:
// A custom constructor for book
function Book (pages, author) {
this.pages = pages;
this.author = author;
}

// Use our new constructor to make the_hobbit in one line
var the_hobbit = new Book(320, "J.R.R Tolkien");

#2

Hi the name of your author should be

J.R.R. Tolkien

With the dot after the last R just like the error says

#3

@adam_shaleen There is no dot after the second R. in your array. There must be one, or Codecademy wont recognize it as J.R.R. Tolkien. That explains why it worked outside of Codecademy.

Wow, that's embarrassing, ha ha. Always something little...

thanks for catching that!
