I learned that I could change the size and color of a text without retyping “font-” in front of color, but the same does not apply for changing the size and font. I was wondering (if you can understand that), what the rule is behind that?

Color server a certain purpose in one of the very earlier stages of html, and after that it was too much trouble to change it, but now i can’t find the source for this…
