Ruby =begin not being accepted

chrome additional problem (cursor not lined up with text on code input screen

refresh page
delete cookies

I cannot move on from multi line comments my code is as follows

=begin
As long as I am learning to code
=end

Could you post a screenshot of the webpage that shows the whole webpage please?

Your error message suggests that there’s more code, and that this other code has a string that hasn’t been closed

I found a few errors had spaces before my =begin and =end but am still getting this

found an additional space inserted after begin…

maybe u should try making it a multi-line comment

I’ll literally never use anything other than hashtags for comments lol

I had the same problem. I changed the order. I first did a multi line comment and then a single line comment and it got accepted
