Return Keyword and timesTwo

#1

I'm having trouble with the timesTwo function and its return. I think I'm just missing something in the instructions or something. Honestly no idea what to do. I know it says make parameters of newNumber whatever I want. Some direction/help would be appreciated

var timesTwo = function(number) {
    return number * 2;
};

// Call timesTwo here!
var newNumber = timesTwo(n)
{
    console.log(newNumber * 3);
}
newNumber(8)

error code says: "Oops, try again. Your code doesn't look quite right. Did you set var newNumber = timesTwo(n), where n is whatever number you want?"

In an assignment statement that stores the return value of a function, the argument is literal.

var newNumber = timesTwo(8);

print newNumber;
