Refunds please help

I was meant to cancel my codeacdemy free trial today, but my internet was shut off and I had no access to the web, meaning I couldn’t cancel and my card was charged. I’m a college student and I am so broke that it got declined, and now I have a pending charge. This was literally out of my control. I sent a ticket but until they respond I can’t do anything with my bank.

I’m sorry to hear this. However, we cannot answer billing questions on the forums. Please contact CS and open a ticket. Their turn around time is 24-48 hours. I think their daily hours are 10a-6p (EST).
