I would like a refund of my pro plan. I was charged without notice, having cancelled it a few hours before my previous plan expired. I don’t use this anymore and haven’t in the last year despite paying a huge amount initially. I am not happy with the services here and would like a refund ASAP. Please let me know when this has been processed. It is only a few hours into my new pro plan. Refund into my debit card. Thank you.
