Please help, I was about to cancel my codecademy pro subscription after the renewal reminder and I ended up getting charged $150.

please submit a ticket via the help desk. The turnaround time is usually 24-48 hours. But, since it’s a holiday weekend in the U.S., it might take a bit longer.

I submitted the ticket. But isn’t there a limited time window to get your refund? What if they don’t reply within the limited number of days to get my refund?
