Hi, I have sent a ticket but I haven’t had any replies yet so thought I would try on here to as I’m pretty upset. I tried to cancel my subscription after 7 days but to my horror have seen that I have been charged £191 for a yearly subscription which I do not need (I used the trial version for an hour and didn’t like it and haven’t used since) or can afford. On top of that I remember only selecting the monthly subscription just in case something like this happened and have been charged for the yearly subscription. Please please can someone help!!!

on the forum, we can’t do anything about it. I hope they come through soon, but its holiday season (Christmas, New Year), so it might take a bit longer then normal.

if you still haven’t heard anything after the first week of 2020, let me know.
