You have multiple accounts did you submit from the correct account ?

And the ticket you submitted on help.codecademy.com was from the same account ?
If so just hold on and wait, maybe @alyssavigil can help you if you don’t get any response within the next few hours
I think you’ve mixed it up, from what I can see this: @sitananmitsuphap3414 is the Pro account.

Please make sure you have submitted the ticket from the correct profile, avoid opening multiple tickets and accounts

Please write support by visiting help.codecademy.com, and they’ll have the tools to help. We are not able to solve any subscription/payment related problems through the forums.
I would like a refund from the pro account. I mistakenly didn’t read the plans and thought I was getting charged monthly annually rather the full amount up front. I’m a out of state student and I really need that amount back. I just got pro this morning so this relatively new. I wrote to the support team and emailed the contact email. I’m solely posting this here to ask for help accelerating the process.
