Refund not received


Dear codecademy staff,

I have paid on 21st 2018 for a pro intensive program by credit card and conducted a refund. Your website showed the refund is completed.
However, my credit card supplier told me the there’s no refund at all till now (22nd night). The invoice number is 360860.

Could you please kindly check and finish the refund as soon as possible?
