Refund help!

Was testing trial and I remember cancelling but got charged $200. Is there anyway to get a refund? School just started and I’m in a tight spot and now I have a $200 charge I did not want. I submitted a help request but there’s no confirmation or follow up email that it was sent. What can I do help please.


Since we’re a forum of (mostly) volunteers, we can’t help here. You’ll have to wait for support to respond, usually within a day or two :slightly_smiling_face:

The customer support team is pretty good at getting back to users within a day or two. Since you submitted this yesterday, I’m sure you’ll be hearing back from them very soon!
