Hello. I have just started codecademy program and currently studying Java script.
I have a simple question, which you might find silly and way too basic.

how does web developing go?
I know HTML is for texts, Java script is for making websites dynamic, and ccs is for design.
but where do you type these languages?
At first I thought you make a web on VCstudio and then type those languages in VCstudio to put information or to make the site better and easy to read. But now I’m not sure if I’m right.

sorry for my silly question.
I really want to see the overall view before studying each language.

Hello @css5813516941 , welcome to the forums! Yes, in essence, you’re right: just write the code in VSC (in the correct language files), then, once you’ve saved your files, you can view them locally.
