Python

#1

hobbies = []

for x in range(3):
x = raw_input(’?:’)
hobbies.append(x)

print hobbies

Why is there a “u” in my output when I run the code?
For example it this came out:
[u’1’, u’2’, u’3’]
Thanks in advance!
