Python: time and date. 6 grand finale

#1

I don't know what is wrong with my code. or if I don't understand the instructions
this keeps coming up..... Oops, try again. Your printed date and time do not seem to be in the right format: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss

my code is......
from datetime import datetime
now = datetime.now()

print '%s/%s/%s' % (now.month, now.day, now.year)
print '%s:%s:%s' % (now.hour, now.minute, now.second)

plz help

  1. Your code is correct just not formatted correctly.

from datetime import datetime
now = datetime.now()

print '%s/%s/%s %s:%s:%s' % (now.hour, now.minute, now.second, now.month, now.day, now.year)

You only need one line for print, and you formatted in which order they came incorrectly I think.

#3

everything should be in one print statement, since it should be all on one line

#4

thank you so very much this should me easy. I think the instructions are very vague

#6

The instructions are fine, they clearly show it should be all on one line, you just copied from the information in the exercise. Of course that will not work, that is just copy pasting.
