Create a third variable munty_python equal to python squared

puython variable equal to 1.234

I don’t know what does that mean and how to do/calculate that??

You don’t actually need to calculate it; That’s the programs’ job…

Let’s say I’m given a number `x` and told to square `x`. Well, `x` squared is just another way of saying `x²`.

In python `x²` is written as `x ** 2` (The `**` operator denotes exponentiation).

Knowing this, let’s say I am told to make a variable called `x` and set it equal to `5`. I am then told to make a new variable called `y` and set it equal to `x` squared. I would accomplish this by doing:

``````x = 5
y = x ** 2
``````
