Provided Code for Electric Mouse

I am trying to work through the Electric Mouse project. I got to a certain point and felt it best to start over. When I refreshed the project, part of the provided code was missing. Particularly the gameState declaration beginning on line 1. It was there when I initially started working through the project. How can I fix this?
