Problem With Anchor?

It should be quite simple, adding an image into an anchor tag so that it opens the link to wikipedia in a new tab. I did it how it says to in the "Learn" section but it seems as though I am not doing it correctly as I am still receiving an error message that says, "Did you wrap the image element with an anchor tag?" My code is below.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
  <title>Animals Around the World</title>
</head>
<body>
  <h1>The Brown Bear</h1>
  <p>The brown bear (Ursus arctos) is native to parts of northern Eurasia and North America. Its conservation status is currently "Least Concern." There are many subspecies within the brown bear species, including the Atlas bear and the Himalayan brown bear.</p>

  <p>The following are subspecies of bears:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>Arctos</li>
    <li>Collarus</li>
    <li>Horribilis</li>
    <li>Nelsoni (extinct)</li>
  </ul>
  <p>The following countries have the largest populations of brown bears:</p>

    <li>Russia</li>

    <li>Canada</li>
  </ol>
