Problem In Resume

#1

here is the code:

div{
    border-radius:5px;
}
.left{
    height:500px;
    width:10%;
    background-color:red;
    float:left;
    position:relative;
    margin-top:5px;
}
.right{
    border=5px;
    width:88%;
    background-color:#F4EBC3;
    float:right;
}
#header{
    border:5px;
    height:60px;
    width:97.5%;
    background-color:yellow;
    position: fixed;
    z-index: 1;
}
#footer{
    border:5px;
    height=50px;
    width:98%;
    background-color:pink;
    clear:both;
}
#name{
    color:Black;
    padding-top: 5px;
    style:Arial;
    font-size:25px;
    margin-left:10px;

}
a.hover{
}
#email{
    style:Arial;
    color:Black;
    padding-top:px;
    margin-right:5px;
    float:right;
    font-size:25px;
}
p{
    font-size:15px;
}
#footer p{
    text-aligh:center;
    position:relative;
}

}

Which exercise? What is the error message? I see a few equal signs after a css property, rather then a colon, for example here:

border=5px;

and a saw another one

#3

exercise: build a resume
I corrected those equal signs but still the output displayed is not in proper format like Objective is not visible on the right div, Applicant id is not on header div and border between the the div

#4

So, you where not stuck in a exercise, but the output didn't look good. I couldn't conclude that from your question, in that case, could you also post your html code? Otherwise i can't correct this problem

		</div>

	</body>
</html>

actually I'm beginner So sorry for the mistake!

Well, this is what i would do, what did i do? I corrected some of your problems (see the comments in css), then i added a margin-top: 40px; to push .left and .right down. I removed body's margin, which allows you to make left 10% in width, and right 90%.

You could remove the margin of #header, in that case you need to push your left and right further down. Does this answer your question?

#9

i see only few changes but not with proper output

#10

What is wrong with the output?
