Pro trial billing customer service

I forgot to cancel my pro trial and just found out I got charged $249. I wasn’t counting with that expense and it puts me on a tough spot. I’ve reached out to customer service already to see if i can get a refund but i wanted to ask how long do they usually take to reply back? I’m a college student and this situation puts me on a tough spot financially.
