Pro refund request


I had sent an email about Pro plan refund request, but haven’t heard anything. Can you please refund my payment as it was accidental and I thought I had an available trial

I have not used any of the pro benefits and only bought it an hour ago.

I’m sorry to restart this post, but I had the same problem as James and I was wondering if he was successful in getting a refund? And approximately how long it took for it to process.
