Pro checkout page is blank

When I try to purchase pro, the page for checkout is blank.

The first troubleshooting tip I would suggest is to try a different web browser.

You can send your Pro question to Codecademy using this form:

I tried Firefox and Safari (i use chrome) and they both were blank. Perhaps the webpage is broken on Codecademy’s part.

Try using Inspect Element on the blank page. Is there any HTML there? If there isn’t, it could be a problem fetching the page from the server, but if there is, and it doesn’t appear on your browser, it could be a rendering problem…

I’ve not seen others with this problem, but I’ve had this on the forum site on my laptop on Chrome and Firefox and IE, so I understand what you mean. It’s weird though.

I thought my computer might affect it, so here we go. For my computer, I am running A Macbook Pro, 16 gigabyte ram, retina 16 inch (but i’m hooked up to a 11 1/2 inch by 20 inch Dell monitor with HDMI) running macOS Sierra 10.12.2.

Hey @brycecodelord, I took a look through some admin tools and it was indeed weird. Try checking out without a language preference in your url (that is, take out /fr or /pt) or just follow this link. That worked for me, curious if it works for you.
