Previous Slide 2

I am having difficulty with finding my error on this particular slide. It keeps saying to fade out current slide and remove 'active-slide'. Could you please help me with my code. I am listing it below. Thank you.

var main = function () {
$('.dropdown-toggle').click(function() {
$('.dropdown-menu').toggle();
});
$('.arrow-next').click(function() {
var currentSlide = $('.active-slide')
var nextSlide = currentSlide.next();

    var currentDot = $('.active-dot');
    var nextDot = currentDot.next();

    if(nextSlide.length === 0) {
        nextSlide = $('.slide').first();
        nextDot = $(.dot').first();
        }

    currentSlide.fadeOut(600).removeClass('active-slide');
    nextSlide.fadeIn(600).addClass('active-slide');

    currentDot.removeClass('active-dot');
    nextDot.addClass('active-dot');
});
    $('.arrow-prev').click(function() {
        var currentSlide = $('.active-slide');
        var prevSlide = currentSlide.prev();
        if(prevSlide.length === 0) {
            prevSlide = $('.slide').last();
        }

        currentSlide.fadeOut(600).removeClass('active-slide');
        prevSlide.fadeIn(600).addClass('active-slide');

});
};
$(document).ready(main)
`

Hello @brnoel2013,

Try adding the code for prevDot, in a similar fashion to the nextDot code. That's how I managed to get through it...

Thanks for your help. It was actually a missed '. I thought I had corrected it in the past. I do not know why it had cropped up again. Thank you.
