Please help with understanding my error message

Oops, try again. the_flying_circus() should return True, instead it returned: 'True' this is the error message returned while writing the code

def the_flying_circus():
if (3 > 1) and (3 == 3): # Start coding here!
return "True" # Don't forget to indent
# the code inside this block!
elif (3 > 1) and (3 != 3):
return "False" # Keep going here.
print "None of the above" # You'll want to add the else statement, too!

Would appreciate clarification.

I thought my answer was supposed to return True

What difference do the quotes make?

Lose the quotes on return "True" and return "False" and make sure to indent the if and indent the return statement within the if statement

Thank you. that did make it work :smile:
