here:

turn = 0

you assign turn a value of zero, why? the users turns should increase, right? Not set back to zero everytime

#3

I have tried diffrernt numbers to make it increase but it didn't work.
This is what I did.
1. turn = 4
2. turn = 4 -1
3. turn = 1
4. turn = 0 + 1
5..turn = 1 + 1
6. turn = 0 + 1 + 1 + 1
7. turn = 0 +1 * 1
8. turn = 1 * 1
9. turn = 0 * 1
but none of them didn't worked at all. It keeps staying at the same number all the time or it won't show the turn number in the console window.

#4

the for loop will increase turn, so i don't see why you need turn = 0 at all

turn is declared inside the forl oop

#5

i see what you mean now. I have deleted the turn = 0 part in the for loop in the code and when i been typing my guesses in the raw_input in the console window it worked the numbers were increasing by 1. thanks for you help. :smiley:
