Is it just me or the php course is still very buggy ? I hadn't finished it before 'coz it would froze very often and it was really spoiling the learning experience and now after months when I checked in to see if the course is okay and still experiencing the same freezing on the course.
I'm using this simple block of code which I'm sure isn't an infinite loop which would cause browser to crush:
$var = 0;
echo "<p>Running ...</p>";
} while ($var = 1);
The php course is scheduled for removal yes, but in your code you have a bug
a single equal sign means assign, not is equal. so now you assign one to $var, then 1 is evaluated, which is true, you have an infinity loop
I know the difference between single or double equal sign. Just didn't realise it at the moment. So I've been executing infinite loop without realising .... (embarrassing)
Just fixed it but it still freezes.
you might need to refresh the page, otherwise i need to an updated version of your code
