Phaser Project - Create an Adventure

I can’t seem to figure out why the optionBox is not displaying. I even followed along the walkthrough video to check if I did something wrong, but then at step 18 inside the ‘pointerup’ event, the video skips after destroyPage() is entered, and a new character is shown and optionBox is displayed. The speaker just said that he had hit saved, and we should have something similar to his, but mine still shows the same character with no optionBox.

Do need to go back to create() and renderCharacter individually?
How do I get the optionBox to display?

You should check the browser’s console for errors when something isn’t working. There will often be clues there from error messages and/or from console.log()'s that you add to your code for debugging.

In this case, you’ll likely see a ReferenceError about initalizePage not being defined that points to this line:
