Hey fellow learners!

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve completed my personal portfolio project! :tada: It’s been an exciting journey, and I’ve poured my heart and soul into it.

Hello, there!

Congratulations on finishing your portfolio! :tada: :tada:

I enjoy the initial animation when the page first loads, especially the twirling sun or moon. You chose good-looking colors and fonts, so everything is legible. There are some areas where the spacing may need adjustment, but on mobile and desktop, I think it looks great overall.

My list of specific comments:

  1. The images could use more specific alt tags. I noticed that one image of yourself has your name and another has “me.” We want to ensure our alt tags convey proper context, or if they are just decorative, to be left as alt="" So, in this case, I would also take into consideration changing up the alt for your project images.

  2. This is one of the larger line-height issues I saw

  3. This is the only section where the text is justified on the homepage, so it sticks out a bit.

  4. On mobile, “Projects,” “Articles I’ve Written,” and “Tools & Software” are all larger than the previous headings. Here is a side-by-side visual of the 3.75rem compared to 2.5rem

  5. There are some areas I noticed where grammar or spelling could see improvement. Both of which can have a huge impact on client or employer credibility.

  6. I do not know if it was intentional or not, but some of your links open in a new tab, while others open in the same tab.

  7. This last one is just a personal preference, but I think some of your clickables could use some interactivity. Like your nav and some of your social media icons.

Sorry if this is a lot, but I enjoy looking at other people’s work. :slight_smile:

Great Work, I love the color schemes of your portfolio for both light and dark. Everything looks great.

A few things I noticed:
The Story and Mission links of the footer seem to be broken.
It could be cool to add the icons to the tools at the bottom, it pops out more.
