Personal Budget, Part I_ My solution

Hi all!!

I just finished with this project that took me couple of days. I must admit that I enjoyed a lot

I used this oportunity to learn how to connect with a local database as Postgres, so it was really challenged for me trying to figure out how to get/update/create/delete/query the information from the DB
But I have to say that I learned a lot and I am really proud of myself. Even though I know there are a lot to improve.

Tips for improving/feedback are always welcome!!
