I am no history of the 2 years charged on my account (subscription that I originally wanted to cancel the first year).
I want to get a refun for the second year, and to prevent this from happening again but I don’t have access to any sort of information on my account settings, it’s so sketchy. How does a company charge so much every year and leave its customers no history of payment? And no access to Account verifcation, to Payment & Plan or to Deleting the account??
I am even considering cancelling my credit card to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
Can someone help me?
