For 2 months ive paid the monthly subscription for the pro feature and still my path doesnt give me access to it, or even the option to cancel the subscription.
I’ve emailed them several times and no ones replied, so I’ve made a dispute with paypal.

Apologies for the inconvenience! This is actually a recently discovered bug which we’re working to actively fix, as well as retroactively rectify via pro@ for those who encountered the issue. Any delays for those who have already reached out to Customer Support are a result of the backlog associated with the bug.
In order to ensure we correct the issue in our system, we’ll have to remove your subscription and ask that you re-signup (should you wish). We’ll refunded all charges to your account and forwarded you a receipt to confirm.
