Paying for Pro, but not reflected on account

I was charged twice for a Pro subscription, but that has already been taken care of. However, now that one of the subscriptions was cancelled, I no longer have access to the Pro features. When I login, I have the ‘Upgrade to Pro’ prompt. I’m paying $20/month, but I’m not able to use the features. I’d like to use Codecademy Pro, but I don’t want to pay when I’m not receiving the benefits
