Hello. I need to pause or freeze my subscription for a month or two as I will be away and unable to focus on coding for now. Is there a way to do this so I don’t pay for months and not use them? I paid for the year ahead of time.
Hi @fgambinoc, I just checked in with our Support team to get you an answer. It turns out that when you opt into the annual plan, there’s no recurring payment, so there’s no way for our team to halt or pause the subscription.
Because this likely isn’t the answer you were hoping for, I’m thinking that something that might help would be to take full advantage of the Pro features on the Codecademy Go app, so you can keep getting value and retain what you have learned while not having the time to fully focus. Additionally, if you’re not yet a member of the Codecademy Lifelong Learner community on Slack, please join! It’s for Pro and Pro Alumni, so it’s a way to stay “in the game” even when not having full coding sessions.
