Part of the Whole - something wrong

#1

could someone tell me what is wrong with my code? I keep getting the following error message

get_class_average([alice]) should return a number

Here is my code:

def get_class_average(students):
results = []
for student in students:
return results.append(get_average(students))

print average(results)

Thanks!

You should return, not print the information. Look at the error:

get_class_average([alice]) should return a number

#3

I tried that and now I get this error

get_class_average([alice]) resulted in an error: list indices must be integers, not str
