Oops, try again. You did not call the greeting function. Pass it a name!, Why is this happening?

#1

var greeting = function (name) {
console.log("Great to see you," + " " + name);
};

var greeting = function (I said my name) {
console.log("Hey" + " " + "you");
};

I don't Know what that error means, i'm new at coding...

#2
var greeting = function (name) {
    console.log("Great to see you," + " " + name);
};

This seems to be what it should look like. Why did you have another try that has many problems with its parameters?
Calling a function is simply done by appending () to the function Name so in your case:

greeting();

and in case you want to assign a value to your parameter name you could also do this by using:

greeting("myName");
