HTML Basics II
Unordered lists

Oops, try again. Make sure to type your paragraph above your unordered list between your

tags!

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
	<head>
		<title>Unordered Lists</title>
	</head>
	<body>
	<p>
	<h1>Some random thoughts</h1>
	</p>
	<ul>
	<li>random</li>
	<li>random</li>
	<li>radnom</li>
	<li>random</li>
	</ul>
	</body>

A paragraph may not contain a block level element, even though it is a block. Write the <h1>above the

` and you will have valid code.

Just to clarify what Roy (@mtf) said above:

  1. Make sure your paragraph is below your heading in this exercise.
  2. Make sure you're properly indenting your code.
  3. You're missing your closing </html> tag.
  4. Double-check your spelling too! There's a mistake in the text, not the code, but it's good training for the eye to constantly be looking out for simple errors :slight_smile:

Here's an example of how you could indent your code to make it easier to read :

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head>
        <title></title>
    </head>
    <body>
        <h1></h1>
        <p></p>
        <ul>
            <li></li>
        </ul>
    </body>
</html>

Hope that helps you out!
