we’ve been a customer for a few months now but are not receiving any invoices. Specifically, October and November invoices are missing. We need those invoices for the German tax office - if we do not receive invoices, we’ll need to cancel our Pro subscription.
Can a support team member please re-send the invoices?
Ok, so it looks like it’s not possible.
Helpdesk suggests to use email as a proof of purchase.
Email receipt is not enough because it doesn’t contain my tax information.
Unfortunately I’m forced to cancel subscription after one month because of this.
