I sent an email to support to try to get pricing for my organization and they have not replied. It was the business support as well since normal support pointed me to them. Has anyone else struggled with this? We are a government entity and just need pricing.
We cannot answer billing questions on the forums. Contacting CS is best.
The turn around time for their responses is usually between 24-48 hours.
It has been over a month with no response.
Contact them again and open up another support ticket.
We here, have no control over customer service or CC.
