Next dot 1

I can't seem to figure out why the browser keeps throwing the error, " remove .active-dot from current dot."

here's my code

$('.arrow-next').click(function() {
var currentSlide = $('.active-slide');
var nextSlide = currentSlide.next();

    var currentDot = $('.active-dot');
    var nextDot = currentDot.next();

    if(nextSlide.length == 0) {
        nextSlide = $('.slide').first();
    }

    currentSlide.fadeOut(600).removeClass('active-slide');
    nextSlide.fadeIn(600)addClass('active-slide');

    currentDot.removeClass('active-dot');
    nextDot.addClass('active-dot');
});

}

$(document).ready(main);

Now as a so-called argument of the =click= Eventhandler
you are placing a so-called anonymous function

var main = function() {
     //Begin of =main= FUNCTION-BODY
        $('.dropdown-toggle').click(function(){
              $('.dropdown-menu').toggle();
        });

        $('.arrow-next').click( function() {

        $('.arrow-prev').click( function() {
             //code which gets executed when =click=ed

     //End of =main= FUNCTION-BODY
};
$(document).ready( main );

@juister,

Have tried your code by changing

//            nextDot = $('.dot').first();

and removing the ( "//" === comment )
leaving you with

            nextDot = $('.dot').first();

of course i tried all options and it's not working.
but when i back today and try again - everthin is ok. great! =)
mb some problem with cache..
