We’re thrilled to share some big news about the future of our community! First, thank you all for being such an amazing part of the Codecademy family. Your energy, support, and enthusiasm have made the Forums vibrant, welcoming, and truly one-of-a-kind. Starting Friday, November 8, 2024, we’ll be transitioning off the Forums to bring our entire community together in one unified, fully supported space on community.codecademy.com. Here’s what you can expect:
Why the move to community.codecademy.com?
Our new platform, powered by Circle, is designed to offer a seamless and engaging experience, bringing everyone together in one place. It’s your go-to space to connect with fellow learners, join events, collaborate on projects, and more! Plus, you can easily stay connected with Circle’s mobile app—and we’re working on integrating Circle directly into the Codecademy app!
Will I need a new account?
Yes, you’ll need to create a new account on community.codecademy.com to get started.
When will the transition happen?
Links to the Forums will be removed on Wednesday, November 20, as we direct everyone to our new platform. By the end of November, the Forums will fully redirect to community.codecademy.com
We understand that change can be an adjustment, but we’re thrilled for you to dive into our new space on Circle! Your experience and feedback mean everything to us, so let us know how we can make Circle the best home for our community.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely! On the Forums, you can export your data by going to Profile → Preferences → Export Your Data.
