Hi, I had no idea there was an autorenewal and I recently got charged and I’m in dire need of the money to pay medical bills, I’m not getting responses from customer support and I’m stressing out really badly. If anyone could contact me urgently I would be very appreciative.

Unfortunately we can’t help with billing issues on the forums, as we are (mostly) not employees here. A good few months back I would recommend going to the help page and opening a ticket with support by clicking “Contact Us”. They would then respond by email usually within 24 - 72 work hours.
Since their purchase by Skillsoft, we’ve been left a bit out of the loop, and their “Contact Us” seems to be mostly automated now, but still worth a try
