def alphabetize(arr, rev=false)
    alphabetize[0].sort!
    if rev==true
        return alphabetize[0].reverse!
    end
end

alphabetize
numbers = [3, 7, 9, 11, 13]

puts alphabetize(number)

I get: wrong number of arguments (0 for 1)

every time i run this code, why?

On the third last line, you are calling alphabetize method, but not providing it any arguments. You should be doing:

# delete alphabetize
numbers = [3, 7, 9, 11, 13]
alphabetize(numbers) # add this line
puts alphabetize(number)
