Hi, My credit card been debited for 167Eur for pro account for which I forgot to cancel the subscription after 7 days trial. I don’t need pro and haven’t used any of the pro services. So, please help to cancel it and get the refund at the earliest. I have already sent an email to customer support team.

If you’ve already contacted Codecademy by raising a ticket on the Help Center (https://help.codecademy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) then you’ve done everything you’re supposed to.
We can’t help with billing here on the forums, but if you’ve not had a response within 48-72 hours, you can follow up on your initial ticket directly with Codecademy.
